we like to eat (obviously)

I realize that after I posted the wedding pictures all I'm blogging about is food. Oh well, that's our life. But just to document this, we eat this salad every Monday night. This week we had it twice. We love love love it.

I used to boil the chicken, now that I have a Costco membership, I just use white meat from the rotisserie chicken. and I add carrots and we use romaine. Obviously I've been perfecting this recipe for a while.
